Jin'e Udou
This is my page on Jin'e Udou, he is my favorite character from Rurouni Kenshin. NOTE: SPOILER ALERT!

Hyouki no Jutsu, 'Grasp of the Demon'

The Hyouki No Jutsu is one of the most powerful moves in the Nikaido Heiho Ryu. It is where you induce the Shin No Ippo on your self, this hypnotizes yourself into believing your the strongest, unlocking your true potential. It is said that only the founder of the Nikaido Heiho Ryu was able to use the Hyouki No Jutsu. It is unknown where Jin'e aquired the skill.

 Demonstrated by the picture above.

  Random Thought/Comment/Facts.

There are many different ways of spelling his name.

I prefer the spelling 'Jin'e Udou.'

But you can also spell it 'Jin-e Udo.'

Some people spell it like 'Jinei Udou.'

Shin no Ippo 'The Spell of Frozen Terror'
This move is why the Nikaido Heiho Ryu is known as a more 'magical' swordsmen ship. This technique requires the user to fire there chi threw there eyes into the victims eyes, paralyzing them. Jin'e uses the Shin No Ippo to prevent his target from running; saying "Once you've drawn your swords you can't run."

The Shin no Ippo

The Nikaido Heiho Ryu
The Nikaido Heiho is the style of swordsman ship that Jin'e uses. It is a stlye of three forms, represented by the kanji of 'one,' 'eight,' and 'ten.' These three kanji join to creat the character hei, thusly called heiho. The characters eight and ten are made by weilding two swords. Jin'e only uses one sword but carries a wakezashi at his belt (witch I geuss you could count as a second sword.)

Sword Swings to Kanji, Hei.

History of Jin'e Udou, the Stray Manslayer
Jin'e Udou was a manslayer at the same time, and same place as Kenshin, but they both only heard rumors of each other. While Jin'e was in Kyoto he didn't belong to any clan and just preformed any assassinations. Thus the name 'The Stray Manslayer.' At one point Jin'e was a member of the Shinsengumi, after killing people he wasn't supposed to the Shinsen Gumi tried to have him killed. He slew the assassins after him and then joined the Ishin Shishi as a Hitokiri.

Jin'e Udou 'Death Under the Moonlight'

After the end of the bakumatsu Jin'e became an assassin mainly killing former Ishin Shishi now active in the government. After killing for 10 years the government codenamed him Kurogasa (Black Hat of Rushes.) Eventually the police chief ask Kenshin to try and help fight off Jin'e. When they are at the place and time Jin'e said he would arrive at, he see's kenshin, and vows that he will kill the legendary Battousai. Jin'e later kidnapps Kaoru forcing kenshin to go and fight Jin'e. When kenshin is fighting Jin'e in the first slashes Jin'e easily cuts kenshin on the shoulder. Too make Kenshin revert back to the Battousai he uses a stronger version of the Shin No Ippo, that parlyzes Kaoru's lungs. Jin'e tells Kenshin the only way to let Kaoru live is to break the Shin No Ippo by killing him. Shortly after that Kenshin breaks his nose as he reverts back to the Battousai. Jin'e, then realizing Kenshin is now serious about killing him, uses the Hyouki No Jutsu. Kenshin gets in a Battoujutsu stance and Jin'e charges towards him; Jin'e manages to dodge the slash of the sword but gets hit by the sheath. Jin'e gets hit in the tendon tearing it making that arm useless so he can no longer sword fight. When Kenshin flips his reverse blade sword and is about to kill him Jin'e, Kaoru breaks out of the Shin No Ippo on her own will. Jin'e now unable to fight anymore, Commits Seppuku by stabbing himself threw the heart.
